Denver’s central commercial area is getting an increasing amount of residential additions, according to a recent report in BizJournals. A recent announcement on the construction project Cadence, a 13 story residential tower, is near completion, and will house 219 apartment units once finished. An additional project by the developers of Cadence is hoping to open an apartment complex in Cherry Creek North as well, tentatively located between East First Avenue and Steele Street.
An additional downtown project is yet to be named, but will be located at 1650 Wewatta Street and will house 287 units. The ground floor will also include 6,858 sq. feet of retail space. The Denver local movers are excited at the new housing options coming to the Denver metro, and also glad that the construction industry here is getting a business boost as these gigs require extensive manual labor.
