If you are moving to Denver for a job, you may get lucky enough to be located in a brand new, massive office building in a prime location downtown. The Denver movers at All My Sons have heard that Patrinely Group, a Houston-based development company, is planning to construct a massive office and hotel building on 15th Street between the streets of Welton and California.
The project has been officially named Block 162 and is a prime piece of real estate in Denver. According to reports, Denver developer Evan Makovsky has been developing the piece of land for quite some time. Block 162 will include a 32-story building complete with 21 floors of office space, 500,000 to 600,000 square feet of Class A office space, two parking spaces per 1,000 square feet, and the proposed completion date would be in early 2019.
Denver moving companies and locals have heard the plans, although they have not yet been submitted to the city of Denver’s planning department. Rumor has it that Patrinely Group has met with the city on the project and that it seems as if voting may go in their favor when the time comes.
