Hello Readers, this blog is to compare between the two. There are bonuses and downsides to both Self Packing & Professional Packing. Yes, when you pack yourself as the customer, it does save you money in the beginning. The down-side to this, is that if any damage occurs to the items inside of the boxes, moving companies and their insurance WILL NOT cover any costs. The upside to professional packing is that you be can certain, everything will be packed properly and If…..I really stress the If part….any damages occur during the move, the moving company takes full responsibility for any and all costs. Of course, it does cost more for the service, but you would be surprised to see how FAST professional packers really are. They are there to get in and get out.
